I hadn't realized how bad the Supreme Court was. After the Court refused to help Terri, President Bush should choose the next chief justice from someone who isn't a justice now. The next Chief Justice should be someone who recognizes that it is insane to allow those who murder the high school classmates to live, but not innocent women with abusive husbands. We definitely need to cut the power of autocratic judges who don't care about people.

What did Mr Schlinder do for a living? I wonder if he could be appointed as a federal judge...

"President Bush should choose the next chief justice from someone who isn't a justice now".

How about Chief Justice Roy Moore. A true brave patriot standing up for whats right. We should display the Ten Commandments at all court facilities.

ACLU beware...you awoke the sleeping mighty giant.

"The Court by refusing to review Judge George Greer’s rulings has told the parents of persons in the condition of Terri Schiavo that the only option they have to save keep their daughters from being starved to death is to take the law in their own hands and kill those who want to kill their daughters. The Schindler’s don’t seem to be the type of people who would take that option. How many of us can honestly say that in the same situation we would not act in “self defense” to protect the life of someone we cared about?"

IN ABOUT A HALF A SECOND!! I am amazed it hasn't already happened.

I am also glad I live all the way across the country from Florida. You couldn't PAY me to visit that misbegotten place!

We as Americans always believe that eventually a wrong will be righted. I pity all those judges that were involved with this so call mercy killing along with the husband and his attorneys. Like Hitler, he got his. Saddam got his, and the final will come. Greer will get his, it might be a miserable life to live.
