They can't destroy America without the help of the courts. That's where the real problem is.

Did he REALLY BELIEVE the workers had power? how naive...

This is so, so true. That's why they are so closely tied together. The ACLU wouldn't have any power without our court system. Activist judges are just as dangerous perhaps more so than the American Communist Lawyers Union The Most Dangerous Organization In America.
