Why have these extremely important elements of American society been totally ignored under the so called "compassionate conservative" government of George W. Bush ???

Well, the 2nd and 3rd would follow, if #1 were addressed, and I'll admit fully that I don't understand the inaction on the borders issue. I simply don't get it. I agree with this wonderful president in all else, but I'm very nervous about his "guest worker" program/policy, because I don't see it as working any better than Ronald Reagan's "one time only" amnesty worked.......and what scares me even more about it is that Killery will most certainly adopt a very tough border-immigration agenda, just to get elected. Once she's back in the White House, she'll begin talking about "fairness" and how "it takes a village" ........or the whole western hemisphere......"to raise a child."
So, if Republicans don't seize this issue and craft a much stronger new policy, I really worry about what could happen in the '06 elections, let alone in '08.
While I'm certainly not a professional politician, even I know that 85% of the country wants this unbridled flood of immigrants (including potential terrorists) to STOP NOW!
