I hope Graham is up to something. Because if this is to be taken at face value, it's VERY disappointing.

This is not news, why have so many people been deceived by this man?????
To: Just mythoughts
He even has said he no longer believes Jesus is the only way.
I wonder if he was not an agent of Satan all along.

yes it is very disappointing. My respect for Graham took a huge hit when I heard what he said about the Clintons. I hate to say it, but perhaps Graham is suffering from age-related dementia?

Welcome to FR.
"When most evangelists have slipped or stuck their foot in their mouth Billy Graham has stood on the Word of God, without wavering."
This is just the opposite of what Leftists and their MSM were saying when it was revealed that Graham agreed with Nixon in a person conversation.
In other news, it's impossible to draw a straight-line from Rev. Graham being used by the Clintons as a prop on stage to Rev. Graham being pro-abort. Stupid media.....
To: Just mythoughts
Well, speaking only for myself, it's because he DID seem to be a good man for not just a few years, but decade after decade. A good man and a good Christian. And now, well, it IS news that a man like that is backing the Clintons. It smacks either of hypocrisy, abandonment of his principles and values which he preached and practiced for six decades, or something corrupt afoot.

Can you provide that source quote?
To: anniegetyourgun
Thanks. I think you hit the nail on the head, by the way.

The day he promoted bj to the status of a "good preacher" was the day I lost all respect for him. That was way back in the 90's, and I remember how he turned his back on Nixon as though Nixon had the plague. He is a fake and a fraud.

"Southern Democrats before Jimmy Carter were evangelical"
Uh not exactly. Despite what popular media would have you believe, there were non-Evangelicals in the Southland before the whole Sun Belt Revolution.

Maybe just maybe he was preaching his own brand of "Christianity" and not what is WRITTEN. Remember we were warned about deception and somebody who is an ax murder is not going to deceive many for very long. Sugar and syrup draws the flies not 'salt'.

Clinton is a good preacher....for the Left and its causes!
To: sassbox
I hate to say it, but perhaps Graham is suffering from age-related dementia? That's what I attribute it to. By the way, has his son commented on the Clinton statement?
To: Just mythoughts
Interesting way of putting it.

Do you have a link to that?
To: anniegetyourgun
Yes it is called Cult of Clintonism and it has been planted across the globe, the EUROS just love the old pervert.
To: since1868
Sigh...I hate seeing the bearing of false witness too.....
To: anniegetyourgun

So, who's Grand High Wazoo of the Cult of Clinton?
Hillary or Slick Willy?
Or, maybe, Howard Dean or Maurice Strong?
"Oh, Clinton, Conqueror of Lewinsky, we offer to you this celebratory song this day to help your wife win the election. YEEEEAARGH! YEEEAARGH! Oooohhhh YEARGH!"
