I live in Toronto. Though my family originally settled in the prairies and badlands, back when it was really rough. The last two generations are almost all in the large cities though. Toronto and Edmonton mainly, with some in Vancouver and a few in Winnipeg.

The Conservatives are scattered across the country. That's the problem; the only place where they are actually politically concentrated enough to matter is the West, and a few Ontario suburbs (but those swing back and forth).

Few Ontario suburbs? You forgot about the rural areas.

Southern New Brunswick has a strong conservative population as well...

Mike, we don't all live in the "prairie lands".

More importantly, this initiiative by Frank McKenna is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. He needs some real professional help. Maybe David Frum could help him.
