That belief is one of the few that I still have faith in myself.
Consider this...
What if people had to write a check every month for taxes rather than think that the 'refund' they are getting at the end of the tax year is some kind of windfall. And having a copy of the federal budget handy along with articles exposing gov't waste around would certainly help.
Attitudes would soon change, you can bet.
These ideas could be used to FReep the IRS while exposing the public to said ideas. Did I say that?
