Oh ugh. I will not touch anything with soy in it if it is in the first five, on the list of ingredients. If they use it as a hormone replacement for women, imagine what it can do to little girls. And men.
If I was a guy I wouldn't drink it and I would not give it to kids but I doubt it will do me any harm. In fact this third arm now makes typing so much easier. ;^)
