Which brings out exactly the point I made to the ID advocate. If people really understood what was going with either theory, than they could accurately replicate and produce their own evolution or their own ID. I don't think either side could with tragic unintended consequences, so in that sense, the jury still remains out as to who is actually right.

We *do* "produce our own evolution". See the post on genetic algorithms, and look at the vast array of crops and domestic animals which mankind has created through selective breeding (which is just molded evolution), and recently through direct genetic engineering.

If you think so, feel free to go back to eating nothing but naturally-occurring plants and animals, instead of those "tragic" plants which have been evolved into sustainable crops. No corn or rice for you for example, unless you subsist on the wild ancestral forms which resemble wild grasses.
