Need a high speed internet hookup at the place, a web cam set up there (many video cameras can operate in usch a mode), some chat or other typing interface software, and an online site to host the web cam and chat display so others can watch and respond.
There are also service providers who provide such services including everything (from above) that you need...of course for a price. (Webconference.com, webex.com, btconference.com etc.)
