Jimmy Carter's only positive legacy was ensuring two terms for Ronald Reagan

No, I think they should keep it up. As long as they are focused on election 2000 they will never be able to win election 2006 or 2008.

Since you're occasionally checking out loonie left sites other than DU itself for times when the DUmmie ants are just too boring, you might want to take a look at this one.

I've heard rumors, laughably improbable, that Carter was once elected president.

I'm kinda curious though ... when did they reverse the states electorial designations of red and blue? I always remembered Blue being Republican and Red being Democrat. The 2000 election seemed to reverse these colors ... when (and why) did that happen ?

This is the same guy who certified the "election" of Hugo Chavez, despite all evidence to the contrary. Of course, the Carter Center gets paid by left wing dictators the world over for coming and giving its blessing to their corrupt elections. Jimmeh believes that all elections are corrupt, and the only important thing is seeing that the worst leftist wins.

Oh, and Chavez called, he's wants you to run down there and give him another sponge bath.

I always chuckle when I see the word "moonbat". Carter is obviously suffering from severe dementia as evident by his recent support of voter ID (it's so unlike him to be correct about something) and now this. It'll be a lot of fun to watch him in the coming months. He's truly a lose cannon.

I believe that originally the red part of the map was the winning side and the blue was the losing side. It took on new meaning in 2000, which stuck and red stood for Republican.

There ought toi be a way to get them to stop lying about this. Drives me nuts. It is bad for the country because it undermines faith in our institutions.

I think the lamestream media got the idea to reverse the colors en mass when our side joked about the Commie Red liberals and True Blue Conservatives. Before the 2000 election, only one of the big three networks would use that configuration. Starting in 2000, they all did. We're supposed to beleive it was just a coincidence.

Jimmy's mama always said that his brother Billy was a lot smarter than Jimmy. My freakin' cat is smarter than that loser, and that ain't saying much!(for the cat, mind you!) Carter is a complete and totally brain-dead, freakin' idiot who cannot remove hs fat lips from his foot when he keeps sticking it in his big, fat, ugly mouth! I'm amazed that fool even carried 2 states in his bid for re-election! Lost by the single biggest margin ever in a Presidential election. Any wonder why?

I still get all warm and fuzzy when I think about voters b*tchslapping that whole looney Carter family, Jimmy and Billy and Roselyn and even weird little Amy...SLAPPED SILLY by American voters who'd had enough of them. They weren't just ridding themselves of Billy, but of the whole damned imbred family.
