Why is it so difficult to entertain the idea that God planted the seeds of life, and that Evolution is the result of those seeds taking root? Exactly.

Intelligent designers are capable of creating some pretty amazing non-replicating items such as jet planes and computer chips but all self replicating entities such as plants and animals are biological processes which evolve.

Too many scientists utterly reject the notion that a supreme being had a hand in the creation of the universe. This is incorrect. Most scientists object to religion pretending to be science. It's offensive to see people stoop to lowering their religion in that way.
On the other hand, there are some pretty weird scientists.
