"According to this latest HILARIOUS conspiracy theory promoted by the DUmmies, our hero Dan Rather really wants to prove that Karl Rove and the EVIL Republicans were behind the forgery of the Texas Air National Guard Memos, in a complex scheme to discredit See-BS News..."

Wow, good thing KR knew that ONLY SeeBS was stopid enough to go with this (was the NYT having their Christmas party early or something?).

I doubt the NYT would have a Christmas party. They probably were having a Ramadan party, or maybe some kind of Wiccan solstice thing.

How soon we forget. The morning after Dan's Big Revelatiion, while us freepers were busy discussing the uncanny resemblence of the "evidence" to standard MS Word docs, the MSM was printing and chattering about the "troubling" charges brought up by Saint Dan. Lefty congressmen (Harkin, I believe) were standing up in Washington demanding answers and the usual suspects were already booked on all the friendly talking-head shows. No, SeeBS wasn't the only one in on this; it was a concerted effort by the entire MSM-government machine, including, we found out later, the Kerry campaign.
