Regarding Fitzgeralds use of the word "Known" as wiggle room in his indictment press conference about Libby. I don'think it sands up. Fitzmas said LIbby was the only known leaker. That does not pass the smell test.

Click here for the 'tator take on Fitmas only knew of Libby as source

Lieing sometimes has a "perception" to it as viewed by someone else. Clinton's "IS" is a perfect example.

If Libby talked to Rove and Rove told Libby he had a call from Cooper about Valerie, when Libby got the call from Cooper the next day, Cooper was indeed the "source" of what Cooper had heard from Rove. "I heard that, too" was the correct response. It doesn't say she was a spy. It doesn't say Rove told me. It doesn't say I knew from the CIA. It's a statement acknowledging Cooper's call to Rove.

Confusing? Seems like it was for Fitz!!

Too bad, Libby didn't say: "Look a**hole. We know you're a Dem Operative. You tried involving Rove with this cr** yesterday....etc,etc..
