Hey Dumbass - SCOTUS ruled 7-2 that your recount scheme was unconstitutional. The 5-4 vote was re whether SCOTUS should enforce some type of remedy. And EVERY organization thats recounted the FL ballots agree that Bush would have won in a statewide recount.

Can we round up moonbats and freeze them into hibernation? Then when the next war starts we strap incendiaries to them and paradrop them into enemy cities. When they thaw out, they'll immediately head for the nearest Starbucks, Internet cafe or drug den, thus setting them on fire.

You must admit Kerry's nonplussed reaction to 2004, specifically that there was no substantive evidence of fraud in Ohio that would have changed the outcome of the election, has resurfaced again and again like a bad meal of tainted clams.

Gore pauses a long time and stares into the middle distance. “There may come a time when I speak on that,” Gore says, “but it’s not now; I need more time to frame it carefully if I do.” Gore sighs. “In our system, there’s no intermediate step between a definitive Supreme Court decision and violent revolution.”

Gore is basically saying that the election may have been stolen but for national security reasons, he has to craft a careful statement about it.

Except when he or his ex-bosses speak overseas. Then they can say whatever they want. Apparently.
