Even without cell cervix, they still have an alarm function that could be used for explosive results! Don't they also have a Calendar function that has an alarm? Set in place and wait a week or so -- kablooey and no-one around.

I think any number of portable digital clocks or pdas would provide that capability a lot cheaper and easier. The phones are the deal because they can be activated on demand from a remote location.
