Well you just need to catch up with the latest excuse: The indictment could be dismissed down the road, meaning the public may never get the opportunity to learn the identity of the defendant or the substance of the criminal case. (Our excuse when the case is dismissed and NOTHING else happens). See, he WAS indicted but we may never know about it...so Jason is RIGHT because we all KNOW what liars the BFEE are!
