nittany has it right. plus there have been alot of changes
where 95 dumps onto the beltway..."the mixing bowl" ugh!
... and there's a new span of the wilson bridge too.

on 301 you'll go through a big chunk of md, but it's more
remote/rural, alot less traffic and a prettier drive too.

AR-15's automatic are legal in PA. BUT your N.C. permit will NOT be legal in PA. Whether you are a resident or not, to have a concealed permit, you have to have one from PA.

What your talking about is a Federal permit and only law enforcement have those....so you'll have to get one when you get here...

It is my understanding that NC and PA recognize each others' concealed carry permits.

So NC govt site says that NC and PA are reciprocal.
