I don't know why Dems would cross over to vote for Chaffee. They have to believe they have a better shot against Laffey.

I hate to say this but the Republican Senatorial election committee went out of their way to support Chaffee and totally destroying his opponant.
I hope they know what their doing because Chaffee's a Damned RINO and he should be sent packing. I would rather see a democrat win in that state than Chaffee.
