Thank you for pointing this out - I mentioned Republicans and Bush, but you are correct that Newt is the “main-bo’zane” who pushes this while trumpeting conservative values. I had not forgotten but my piece kept getting longer and I had to stop somewhere. - I may add a brief update to the blog version because it is an important note.
