(singing) G-d rest ye terrorist gentlemen,
On a stout rope you sway,
Remember the blood of Iraqi folk,
Will be redeemed that day,
By Satan's power you ascended
To a throne on which you played,
Ooo-ooo tidings of rightous revenge,
Rightous revenge,
Ooo-ooo tidings of rightous revenge!
Why don't you post your entire blog post here, Jack? Might be easier to read.
I wonder if it will be as painful as how those poor Kurdish children died holding their favorite doll in their hand

Sounds cool. Will it be on pay-per-view?
The West wasn't won with tea and cakes.
Never saw a hanging. But I hope it hurts Saddam like hell.

How's bout Saddam be fed into a shredder, feet first, like his son, Uday, did to many of his victims? Would that be humane?
Just shoot the bastard and get it over with.
But I am a man, and as a man, in this world, I can see real Justice and Truth, in and for this world, in letting Saddam swing. Who knows I may one day be shocked to discover that I run across Saddam in Heaven and he may laugh at my surprised and shocked declaration of How in hell did you make it here man!? To which I guess he can justifiably reply, You dont make those decisions pal, and God is wiser than you.
What a moron!
My Grandparents got to see the lynch hanging in Eastland, Texas (across from the movie theater) that was the final conclusion the Santa Claus bank robbery in Cisco.
This description of all that swinging and croaking sounds is fitting for a monster like Saddam. I am wondering if the Iraqis will use the old fashioned way of hanging?
I think it is wrong to revile in another's bad ending. However, in Saddam's case, it would not be a painful sight for me if I saw lots of writhing, twitching and thrashing going on.
It is a hanging that needs to be shown on TV to the world. It would send a message that one is accountable for their actions and, even if you are a ruler, you are not so above the law that you can torture and murder millions of innocent people.
It's safe to watch this video. But think how this must have felt. Saddam deserves his fate.
