Kyoto is being revived. There's a commission being formed, hints being given...I think the Dems will be making a big push to validate global warming.How better to justify massive tax increases?
US Senate voted 95-0 against Kyoto....so I don't think they can get enough support. This is a very dangerous economic impact, and I'm not convinced that it is even possible to reduce "greenhouse gases" to pre 1990 levels even if everybody just simply stopped driving in the United States.
