Director of “A Christmas Story” Snuffed by Drunken Illegal Alien
MND ^ | April 6, 2007 | By John Lillpop

In his non-stop and mindless promotion of illegal aliens as good hearted, hard working folks, our clueless president constantly argues that those coming here illegally from Mexico should be welcomed en masse because they hold values common to the American people.

I wonder if our beleaguered president is aware of the latest horror story involving an illegal alien, too much alcohol, and the slaughter of innocent Americans?

Bob Clark directed one of the warmest and most enjoyed Christmas films in American history.

“A Christmas Story” became traditional holiday fare along with “Scrooge,” “It’s a Wonderful Life,” and all of the other great American values that make Christmas the most wonderful time of the year.

Unfortunately for Clark and his 22-year-old son, Ariel Hanrath-Clark, their lives were snuffed out by a drunken driver on the Pacific Coast Highway in California on April 4.

Hector Velazquez-Nava, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, and will be booked for manslaughter once he is released from the hospital.

And, yes, Velazquez-Nava is an illegal alien.

A low-life, third-world scumbag who should not even be in America, must less driving drunk and killing American legends.

When will people like President Bush open their eyes to the truth about illegal aliens?

The simple truth is that illegal aliens are not all good hearted, hard working folks who just come here to work. Many are violent criminals who should be rounded up and booted out of America before they commit more crime.

Moreover, illegal aliens do not share American values.

By definition, all illegal aliens are criminals, but most Americans are not.

Another example: Driving while drunk is considered “cool” and “macho” in Mexican culture, but is seen as stupid and recklessly criminal in American culture.

Face the truth Mr. President: Those who invade our nation are different from the vast majority of Americans. Invaders do not share American values.

Our borders should be militarized to keep invaders out, and those already here should be rounded up and forcibly removed as soon as possible!

Heck, just ask Juan Hernandez -- he's just a poor Mexican here trying to work and they never cause any trouble..../sarc

Never mind that this guy's BAL was 3 x normal level or that this wasn't his first brush with the law and he should have been deported long ago -- or that it appears (at least to me) Mexican's see nothing wrong with drinking and driving as more and more American's are dying from being struck by illegals driving drunk with no insurance or drivers license.

I had wondered whether or not the scumbag was an illegal. It seems another one has done their "duty" for their "culture".

Flash.....who the heck is the FR OBL?

Free Republic Open Border Lobby. Constant apologists for the invasion by illegal aliens. There numbers have shrunk over the past year, mainly due to bannings.

I always wish a family of 18 illegals would move in next door to those apologists and do their thing. You know, get drunk, work on their cars all day, blast that accordian-polka music outside at 3 a.m., their kids running unsupervised all over the place making all kinds of racket...

Gotcha.

Is it so hard to understand there are borders, and laws to enforce them, for a reason?

Open borders don't work. "Good fences make for good neighbors." The maxim is true.

And here I thought that they just figured they had won and decided to move on...

Much to my chagrin, my family were among the first to start hiring illegals (mojados) back in the late 60’s. I asked my father and my uncle what the deal was and they repsonded that with all of the ‘whites’ getting, and living off of welfare, there weren’t enough Americans willing to work as hard as the illegals.

I didn’t care at the time as I was about to go off t SE Asia and kill Godless Commie Bastards, but three years later I was back and working in the family bidness.

Here’s what I saw. We had a whole fleet of flatbed trucks going around the nursery and a crew would assemble the plants to fill an order. Ever so often, one of the drivers would rev the engine so high he would damage it.I would fly into a rage and be ready to hit the b@st@rd up along side of the head until either my father or uncle would remind me that 1) this wasn’t the Army, and 2) most of these guys had been driving a burro cart a year before, and 3) I should go easy.

They were making the same excuses for this 35 years ago.

And yes, I said why don’t we pay more and get Americans to work for us. We tried it. It was a disaster. The Americans we could get at a competitive pay scale were a bunch of STD-ridden, dope-smoking, throw-abouts that were as much trouble to deal as the Mexicans.

I got out of it in ‘75 and have never hired, ‘knowingly’ an illegal since.

There’s also the problem that overwhelming information now exists that proves their standard defense lines are wrong.

The son, Ariel, grew up here in southern New Hampshire. Graduated from Amherst, NH, high school in 2003:

“The extent of Clark’s success in Hollywood wasn’t widely known in Amherst.

“I had Ariel in class for a year, but I didn’t know that his father directed (‘A Christmas Story’),” said Souhegan principal Scott Prescott, who taught Hanrath-Clark pre-calculus. “We knew he was somewhat successful, but Ariel didn’t play it up much.”

“While at Souhegan, Hanrath-Clark played in the jazz band and was involved in musicals and other plays, said Prescott.

“He was quite well-rounded and bright, really passionate about learning,” said Prescott, who noted that Hanrath-Clark graduated from Amherst Middle School two years ahead of the usual math track. “He was a pretty gifted student, actually.”

“According to a report in the Los Angeles Times, Hanrath-Clark had studied music at Santa Monica College and was intent on scoring music for films and video games. The article said he was a part-time dealer at a casino – no surprise to those who knew him at Souhegan, where his senior yearbook comments include references to “card counting” and “card tricks.”

Of course, what are the odds of politicians actually dealing with the root problem?
