Few liberals that I have met have any understanding of history generally.
They are stunned to find out that the early Christian church also existed in Egypt. Or that the arab muslims wiped out that culture.
Same for other areas like Lebanon, Armenia, Turkey...
sad.
Most liberals equate Mohammad with Buddha, Moses, and Christ, Zoroaster.
They fail to realize that those individuals were theological leaders while Mohammad was merely a lying, murdering desert bandit, slaver and pedophile. The Quran is merely a compilation of his rambling lies and deceptions and convenient contradictions. They alos fail to understand the expanding nature of Islam and the implications for the rest of the world.
You are correct - they are historical fools. Better they should stick to speeches about limiting toilette paper - that’s about their speed intellectually.
