We have the “Jim Robson” poster to the very finest detail, the trick is figuring out what to do with the information from a legal and ethical standpoint.

I think the problem is unless they said they are JimRob of XX city and owner of XX website, they could fight it as being just a ‘nickname’ online to keep anonymity.. (if they did say something to purposefully deceive people to think they are the specific JimRob, ten you have something to work with..)

I think public humiliation would be a good start, expose and make sure that no one trusts them again.. if they have another account here, go back to all their posts and reply to everyone they talked to that this person is exposed as a fraud..
