>Hunter’s been on the campaign trail for sometime now and still can’t get recognized in polling date nationwide. Yet a non candidate is blowing him away in national polls. That tells a lot about his electability or lack thereof amongst the populace.<

It is still very early in the race. Rep. Hunter is slowly building a solid base. If he doesn’t end up the Republican nominee, it will tell a lot about the lack of good conservative judgement of the electorate.

Very early?....... Well only if you consider less than five months until the Iowa Causcuses as ‘very early’ and being stuck down in the bottom of the rankings as no problem. Like it or not it is well past time for someone that has been in the race since Oct. 30, 2006 to be somewhere more than a ‘—’ or ‘*’ on polling reports if he expects to be a winner or even a factor in the outcome.

As far as the judgement of the elecorate I’d say it may well also display the lack of ability by the candidate to sell himself to the electorate. After all that is what an election is about, selling one’s self and ideas to the voters.
