Why doesn't someone...anyone...ask him, or Hillary, how they are going to pay for it and how much will it cost each month.
Apparently (from another thread), by increasing taxes on the top 5% of earners ("tax the rich"). Yes, the usual tripe about reversing "unfair" tax cuts (calling them "welfare for the rich"), making the tax system ever more progressive, etc.
I'd surmise some cuts to DoD spending would be involved as well, with whatever shortfall being gobbled up by the ever-growing public debt. But none of that is important - one feeeeeeeeling good about "doing something".
