But he could force the other front runners to attend. Just by saying - this is our base and we need to earn their support. The way all of the front runners are going about it is pure fear - pure cowardice. The Dems don't take their base for granted.

IMO, with a small number of participants, more questions and more time for answers, Fred’s answers would absolutely elevate Duncan Hunter.
