Seirously, what does this accomplish? We will still know very little about the drivers, the cargo, or other important details.

Kinda like we know very little about the cargo, etc of transporters once they move about the US except what the manifest shows.... As far as cross border incoming cargo Customs needs to do the job of inspecting all transporters not just some percentage.

As far as tacking goes I’m glad they are doing this if they are going to be allowed in. Currently many companies use satellite tracking to keep up with their shipments, etc.
