To: smokerness
For example, am I going to breed deeper as a non-smoker?

Now that's a benefit I never thought of! Seriously, though, I haven't been able to quit and your points are good ones.

I am an introvert in an extroverted profession so use cigarettes as an excuse to get out of the office and away from people for 15 minutes in the morning and afternoon. I need that break or I get drained and very irritable.

if I’m pressed to solve a programming problem (I install/program telephone switches), my way to easily find the answer is the same. I walk away, clear my brain, have a smoke or two, let the subconcious work on it, and I usually have a eureka moment where the answer becomes clear...could I do that without smokin? who knows...but it works for me..
