Obama, has been shown to be a Marxist, defeatist, uber-liberal who's best victories have been in caucus where the voting is not by secret ballot. His friends, his associates, his pastor and his wife have been thrust before the public with their hatred, racism and mendacity laid bare.
And all of this has happened just since the Super Tuesday primaries.
This entire process is like 1968 all over again, but without a fateful trip through a California kitchen.

Hubert Humphrey was nominated with a half-hearted vote and lost to Richard Nixon. Yes, that Richard Nixon.
The Rat convention turned into a zoo with rioting, Julian Bond contesting the Georgia delegation as not being representative of Black Georgians, bringing the convention more negative press as the RATs caved to a minority and broke their own convention rules to seat Bond's delegation.
Nixon won handily and that convention carried over to the next election where Nixon drubbed McGovern.
It took Gerald Ford's pardon of Nixon to give the Democrats 4, and only 4, years of occupancy in the WH during the next 24 years. (And if Bush the Elder had kept his promise, might it be that Carter's 4 years would be the sole RAT WH occupancy in 40 years? - But that's for another thread.)
Without this RAT nomination process, catfight, pissing contest, mud-slinging-a-thon (face it - why does McCain have to run anything negative at this point) throwing money around and draining buckets of cash from donors who are becoming more and more disillusioned with both candidates, The LSM would have circled the wagons around the nominee with full deflector shields in place.
AND, never would we have had the Barking Mooonbats ranting against ABC for asking tough questions in a debate.

WE really did a number on the Republican candidates, but it pales in comparison to what they are doing to one another.
Those that think Rush is doing Operation Chaos because he wants Hilliary in the WH to boost his ratings are as delusional as Helen Thomas shopping at Frederick's of Hollywood.
His ratings and influence have not suffered in the past 8 years of a Republican administration and will not grow or diminish in any great percentage (either people listen to him now or they never will) with whatever is the outcome of the general election.
So, let the mud-slinging, name-calling, money-spending, lie-exposing, associate-revealing, true-feeling-revealing of the RAT candidates continue.
It is the very best example of a circular firing squad that we will ever witness. Obama, Hilliary and Howard Dean are literally on fire and everbody is shooting heat-seeking missiles.
