??? If my name is Joe and I tell you, “ask the Father in my name,” wouldn’t it logically follow that you would say, “Father, I ask for ______________, in Joe’s name.”
If that is what the passage meant...but, you will find no examples of that in any of the prayers recorded in the New Testament. If that was what was meant, don’t you think Paul would have included that phrase in at least one of his prayers?
