Our local Home Depot kicked them out of the parking lot. Now they crowd at the entrance to the parking lot. Of course, then our local PD moves them along because of loitering laws.
I’ve noticed the same thing near my Home Depot in Orange County. Don’t see that many anymore near the entrance either.
