Only John McCain, a candidate I didn’t support for the nomination, is the only candidate that has had and/or has been certified as mentally stable enough to command and control nuclear weapons. This was a specter that the liberals used in 1964 to defeat Goldwater, even though BMG had been psychologically cleared by Air Force shrinks as being capable of flying an aircraft equipped with nukes.
