I gotta admit, I blame Clinton for the thousands of deaths in Africa also. He did nothing after the films of machete's chopping people made TV.

I guess it was up to the UN to do something also, but I still blame Bill.

I blame Clinton for Rhwanda’s massacre too. He did nothing. And he didn’t lead anything with his Administration in the UN either.

So all those people were hacked to death day after day. And the Canadien General who did his best to stop it was left to watch his men fall and could do nothing but beg and listen to the silence from the UN.

Great story too of courage by this general. His book outlines the horror in great detail:

“Shake Hands with the Devil”
Lieutenant-General Roméo Alain Dallaire -

He did his best but was outgunned and Clinton and the UN did nothing for 100 days as almost 2 million human beings were slaughtered.

Thank you President Clinton.

The rats won't. The rats will circle the wagons and will never blame one of their own, ever. Trust me, ensuing years will morph everything to being Bush's fault, just like Kerry decried Nixon's Vietnam war - - in 1968, and just like the attack on the Cole happened during Bush's first term, and.... etc., etc., etc.
