Obama birth certificate question re-opened
Stop the ACLU! ^ | 06/19/08 | JonJayRay

Look at it. It’s lovely, isn’t it? There’s a much more detailed picture of it here (use the resize gadget to enlarge it).

But, as a graphics expert shows conclusively, it is a fake that somebody has produced using a graphics program.

So where is the real one? Does it exist? Is he really a native-born American, as the constitution requires?

Actually, I don’t think there is a II, is there? The II is the Jr.

It’s first original name, then Jr. then if Jr. names his son that name, it’s the III.

Am I right?

Doesn’t anyone know anyone who was born in Hawaii? It would be a very simple matter to request a birth certificate and compare.

OK. Now we're getting somewhere. This could all go away for BO if he just presented the world his real bonafide birth certificate UNLESS THERE ISN'T ONE. One question someone should ask BO is did he get his passport with a birth certificate or with “immigration” papers. Remember the pilfering of passport records months earlier? Could that have been what that was all about?

I drove a school bus with a whole family of children who were African.

Cutest little blonde haired African boys with blue eyes. 17th generation African, all born there with their African accent and everything.

Pissant... this is not a reply to you. For some reason could not post a public reply to the proper person... Anyway..

I can’t believe that anyone would say this is a non-issue. The only reason is IS an issue is that the Osamabama campaign has refused to provide a document. Very easily corrected and put all of us tin foil wearing hard-right types in our place. Easily done. So why not? The constitution clearly says you must be a Native Born Citizen to be president. Either he is or he isn’t. Not a hard question, but certainly one that deserves a simple answer. Not :anyone wants a DNA sample to prove babies weren’t switched at the hospital. Just a simple, believable copy of a Birth Certificate. Since you can get a U.S. Passport with one of those I would think the real deal would have a stamp, embossment, or some way of validating it as an official copy.

This will only be a non-issue when its settled. How could anyone think that even the possibility of a non-Citizen being president is not an issue :(

Thsi particular version of the form, as presented by Obama and Kos is fraudulent for a multitude of reasons laid out in the analysis linked in this article. So it is not simply that the cert # is blacked out.

Another question to ask yourself, would you issue a security clearance based on this evidence?

You know, I've always thought that was a stupid argument, even with the Xlintons.

Somebody who gets 271 Electoral votes is cleared, by the highest authority in this nation. Period. That's all there is to it.

"Security clearances" are derived from Executive authority, which is held in toto by the People and delegated to our choice for President.

Therefore, a legally elected President does not require a security clearance - he's already been cleared by the sovereign.

Obama’s mother’s first name was STANLEY?

What the hell kind of a first name is that for a female?
No wonder the poor thing went bonkers.

Really? I went to the records office in Richmond to get mine, and they gave me a laser printout sort of like Obama’s. Hmm. Maybe it’s a different request and a different fee. Or maybe mine from 1966 wasn’t reproducible.

Actually, I don’t think there is a II, is there? The II is the Jr.

Back in the day, when such things mattered, II was for a nephew or other second-generation male relative of the patriarch. You are correct that it should not be used for a son of the namesake.

However, in 1961 alcoholic Kenyan goatherders who knocked up underage American girls were no longer following all of the social niceties.

When you request a birth certificate from many states nowadays, this is what you get. NOT a photocopy of whatever dusty document was written and signed when you were born. You get a state-sealed computer laser printout just like this one.

Where's the raised seal? I don't see it. Every certified offical certificate from every state has a raised seal on it, computer generated or not there should be a raised seal. Try and get a passport without a raised seal on your bc. This alone proves the above to be a fake. And since its obviously a fake, WHY? Hardly a red herring............

The word on this Fake birth certificate needs to get out to the MSM like what happened when Dan Rather faked Pres Bush’s service records.

I believe Obama was born in Kenya or another country (Soviet Union?) making him ineligible to serve as president and which is the reason the birth certificate was faked. Once these facts come out, Obama will be finished as a candidate and the Dems will turn to Hillary.

Your argument about the sovereign power of the Electoral vote makes eminent sense, and well said.

But Obama cannot be legally elected as your President if he was not born in America. He cannot achieve the 'throne', the source of authority, in your United States.

You "The People" have the right - nay the duty - to see his birth certificate. If being fobbed off with a photo-shopped fake doesn't make you the least bit concerned then your Republic is toast.
