But I just went back and looked at the pics. On the white band at the top where it says San Francisco in one pic, it says Phillipines on the other. Odd,,pic needs examiining more to tell where it is taken. Obamas Mother looks awfully young

Another link from Wikipedia (which I hate to even quote) has the pic of him and his father and it says that the pic was taken in Hawaii.
