Some freepers thought they detected a seal in microscopy, but nowhere near enough to establish WHAT seal. Not even any letters or ensignias. Just a hundred or so refractory pixels in what should be 50 thousand pixels on raised cotton paper.
I think a seal is something you can see and feel, not something you have to use forensics to establish.
