What you are not realizing, to change the names, place of birth, etc. you need a template to do that, so there is no distortion when you erase the text information on the certificate with an image altering program, like adobe. To erase the name and type in a new one, would leave noticeable residue. To leave no residue, you need a template. This guy has one. Where did he get this template of a federal document? Someone is in trouble and Obama has allowed a FORGED document to be posted on HIS web site saying it is real.
