I don’t see them “certifying” that’s the document, though we all know that’s the STRONG implication. Perhaps an earlier version of the page made the case more forcefully? I don’t recall and didn’t do a save of it.
The candidate can’t check everything on the website personally, but this is such a major issue that it doesn’t speak well to a candidate’s ability to lead if he claims no responsibility for the webpage,
Oh stop playing some ridiculous semantic word game. They are claiming the doc as being real, genuine, legitimate, certifying as valid, etc., etc.
