A few thousand aging American hippies,almost all of whom speak your main language,sporting gray ponytails and trust funds and who,for the most part,are capable of writing computer software or a blistering expose of how many secret Nazis there are in your current government...
And dirty enough to pose as French. Don’t forget that part.
