“Use it or lose it” refers to the leases the oil co’s have to drill, but aren’t b/c they’re hung up in lawsuits with the EPA and the Greenies. It’s a bogus claim to say they have all this land approved for drilling and don’t. I wish an honest reporter would call them on it.
