Who is he defrauding and how? How is it personally hurting the guy who is suing, and for how much?
Seriously, we don't want the Supreme Court deciding how our political parties pick their candidates. If you don't like how your political party chooses their candidate, go to a different political party, or start your own.

I understood Bill Hemmer on Fox to say it was confirmed when he did his hour-long report on Obama's background earlier this week. I videotaped it and could rewind to make sure if necessary.

If this is coming from a Hillary supporter I am not sure that the legal grounds for the case is as important as spreading doubt and concern about Obama. A few more of these things and the super delegates will have to vote for Hillary. Obama will be tossed under the bus for a safer candidate. Since Hillary currently is broke, this is going to be fun.
The Obama campaign is engaging fraud by collecting money from supporters who believe he is legal to be President. I dont believe for second he was born here, and Im fairly certain he knows he isnt, either.
Produce proof of citizenship or get off the stump. I have my documents right here in my safe, why doesnt he? He wants to be president, but cant hold on to basic documents? He is not a citizen, knows it, and is therefore committing fraud by virtue of collecting campaign donations.
What is troubling is that his “Birth Certificate” was denounced as forgery, and no one is doing or saying any thing about it..

I agree. The guy doesn’t have much of a legal case, but the doubts introduced are probably enough to help Hilary get the nomination.
Hillary supporter or not, everything he claims is true. Obama did fake his birth certificate, he was adopted and made an Indonesian citizen, and there is evidence that his adopted father renounced Barry's USA citizenship.(Even if he didn't a dual citizenship makes him ineligible to hold the office of President). Lying about his birth certificate and legal name also disqualifies him.
All the charges are verifiable except the one about being born in Kenya(who knows he may have proof of that also) and all of the charges disqualify him.
He is correct in saying the Republican party would have brought this all out after the nomination, which would be to our benefit because it would make it that much harder to replace the lying scum bag. Now, if this guy is able to pull it off, and I don't see why he won't since the burden of proof is now on BHO's shoulders, good old Hillary will step right in there.

A tort was committed if Obama, with forethought and malice, did know he was not eligible for this office, and then conscripted money (donations) from donors. There is not much diffence in that and a guy who asks you to find a pea under a shell, when there is no pea under any of the three shells. Fraud.

I believe that's the plan. They dont care if hes eligible or not. They have the roll call vote in place, obamas numbers are going down in the poll's, McCains ads are getting uglier. Whats a SD to do...lmao
