Bear in mind that REGARDLESS where he was born... he was naturalized in Indonesia as an INDONESIAN citizen (and registered in school as Islamic... but I digress!)
Indonesia does not permit dual citizenship, so any prior citizenship was forfeited... even if he HAD been born in US.

Even if I don’t always agree with him, I have the utmost respect for “The Maverick”. The idea that he’s a righty or another Bush is laughable to anyone who cares about the issues on the table.
