I was frankly surprised to see that Berg is a lawyer. He cannot possibly have been a litigator. The Complaint is such an abomination on so many levels, it is hard to believe a lawyer actually drafted it. In its present form, this case is going nowhere.

I didn't find much about this one the main stream media at all today however I did run across this site I've never seen before. They claim to be non-partisan etc... they say they've seen and handled the Certificate of Live Birth.
