Actually, I’ve always found that Lieberman, in both voice and demeanor, reminded me of Droopy Dog.
Lieberman WHIIIIIIIIIINES. Drives me batty. He could be telling me the only escape route from a burning building and I’d tune him out.
OTOH, I’m southern and find myself really enjoying her accent. I’d call it “folksy”.
