I agree that the Progressive people that we have issues with regarding how they perceive America's Future to be are basically “nice” people.. Sadly they have no clue of Reality, nor a sense of Historical Perspective, having been raised with a lack of National Pride and the Understanding that we live in the Greatest Society in world's history.. Yes a Democracy as seen as early as the Athenian Democracy is not perfect.. but compared to totalitarian form of Government ( which Big nanny Gov’t by any other name is) historically have failed .. see Cuba.. USSR.. Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany...for example.
