This establishes that 0bama can't produce a valid birth certificate that testifies to his eligibility to serve as President.
The issue isn't going away, despite some Freepers with blinders on who say "nothing to see here, just a conspiracy, move along".
This legal action was initiated by a DEMOCRAT (Berg), not by Republicans, not by conservatives, by a DEMOCRAT.
That alone speaks volumes.
