If NSPD 51 and/or HSPD 20 are ever put into effect (especially if BO happens to be in office) consider it the official TSHTF notification, and the end of America as we know it. Both supersede the National Emergency Act and eliminate the balance of checks and balances between the 3 branches of government. It will basically set forth a dictatorial form of government.
If that occurs, I hope we all have our food stocks in place and our plan ready to execute...
