Well, for what it's worth, there is a "Stanley A Dunham" from Fallon who was arrested back in Sept 2007 on minor charges. Obviously not Obama's mother, but perhaps a relative?

Stanley Arnold Dunham, 45, of Fallon, self employed, was arrested Sept. 9 on warrants alleging failure to appear.
