Nonsense. These are pilots boots. Again... the Gestapo wore civilian clothes (else they wouldn’t have been secret... duh). Since most of them were also members of the party SD (security service) they wore the black (pre-1939) and grey (post-1939) uniform, which included black riding boots. They had no zippers or wool lining... the pic you posted are as I said pilot’s boots.
Wow, those look a lot like my tanker boots from the army. No zipper though, and definitely no sheepskin lining. Maybe Obama will order up a bunch of these for his Civilian Defense Force.
